Noahs Saddle and Slides

Tuesday 5 May 09

In the gully below Noahs Saddle, known as The Slides is an area of large Gorse bushes and these were all removed. A large number of Hawthorn were located within the bush and all were removed; our estimate was about 1000 plants. A few Cotoneasters and Erica, a holly and Pittosporum were also found and removed.

Morning tea, of muffins from the Hobart City Council, was enjoyed in the saddle in full autumn sunshine.
